Who is responsible for your personal data?
The Dutch company, Project Paradise B.V. with its registered office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Kingsfordweg 151, 1043 GR Amsterdam, registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number: 65387562 (‘5th Season’), is the controller of the personal data you submit to us and responsible for your personal data under applicable data protection law.
The information we collect
We collect the information about you that you give us when you register with us, when you visit the Site, when you correspond with us and when you contribute to or use some of the advanced features on the Site. The information we collect is clearly set out on the web page on which we collect it. See for example our registration page and order form. Such information may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information.
In addition, we may collect your IP address, operating system and browser type for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.
Parts of the Site are automatic and we may process your personal data as part of the Site.
Why we collect it and how we use it
We collect information about you so that we can personalise your use of the Site, assist your use of the Site and improve the Site generally.

Who we disclose it to
In order to provide you with services we may share your personal information with members of our corporate group and also with our trusted service providers. Data that is forwarded to third parties, is only used to provide you with our services. We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties outside our corporate group.
Where we store your personal information
Keeping information about you secure is very important to us and certain sections of the Site may encrypt data using SSL or a comparable standard. Your rights and accessing and updating your personal information
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold on you at any time (free of charge once a year). If your data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can ask to have the information corrected or removed. We cannot remove your data when there is a legal storage requirement, such as book-keeping rules or when there are other legitimate grounds to keep the data, such as unsettled debts.
